Now Is The Time

Now Is The Time

Now is the time to seek and find and feel and BE. Life is changing so fast that I am motivated to help others who may be awakening to their desire for something more; more love-filled, a more heart-centered way of living.

There is a lot of information available now, so many voices giving their advice, perspectives, predictions, experiences and opinions. It’s so hard to know what to take in, how to find the time, let alone the head space and heart space to absorb the tsunami of information sharing that seems always looming. The good news is that you have all the answers within you already. You are so much more capable, powerful and connected to your soul than you think. And your greatest tool is right in the middle of your chest. Your heart-center has its own mind (HeartMath, Dr. Joe Dispenza, and many others concur, you can google it). It's where your connection to your higher self exists, and it's what allows you to discern properly, when you are ready to seek information, confirmation or inspiration from others. Follow your heart to where it leads to new ideas, questions, healings, self-expression and fulfillment and right back home to self love, where you realize that you are a magnificent Being on a journey to experience light and dark, good and bad, heartbreak and joy, unworthiness and true worth, striving and acceptance, and to ultimately realize that you are doing your job of simply experiencing marvelously. Granted, previously, you may have unconsciously experienced more of some things than you wanted, but now you can consciously choose to experience more peace, joy and connection through heart-centered living. Just seek and your heart will guide you. Just find those answers that resonate in your heart as right for you. Just feel ALL your feelings, process them, and acknowledge them as the way your heart provides guidance to you throughout your life. Just BE you; be present in each moment, whether quietly or actively, and allow your heart to radiate your expression into a world that dearly needs you.
